# TRUE MCP prompt checklist

Reviewed 17 September 2026. Endpoint: https://app.truefinance.ai/api/v1/mcp

These examples contain no credentials and execute nothing by themselves.

1. Connect your own TRUE account using OAuth in a supported MCP client.
2. Test: “Use TRUE to list available perpetual markets and their exact symbols. Do not place an order.” Inspect the actual tool result.
3. Research: “Use TRUE to compare bullish and bearish SOL scenarios. Separate sourced facts from assumptions and include timestamps. Do not trade.”
4. Draft: “Create a draft spot Autopilot named Review example, balanced risk profile, $100 allocated capital. Do not activate it.” The allocation is illustrative. Draft creation does not fund or activate an agent.
5. Before an action, specify the instrument, side, size, unit and order type. Review the app permission and account before approving.
6. Preserve an existing approval identifier. A timeout does not prove an order failed. Check activity before resubmitting.
7. Pausing an agent stops new positions; review existing exposure and external recurring orders separately.

The examples were checked against public tool definitions. No funded strategy, trade or performance test was run to produce them.
