Looking for a Hyperliquid alternative

Hyperliquid is good at what it does, and if deep perpetual order books are the only thing you need, this page is not going to talk you out of it. People look for an alternative for three reasons: they want more than perps in one account, they want something to trade for them inside limits they set, or they want it on a phone. Those are different problems and they have different answers. Everything below about Hyperliquid comes from hyperliquid.xyz, read on 30 October 2026.

What Hyperliquid actually offers

Its own site describes a layer one blockchain best known for perpetual futures, with spot trading, borrowing and lending, a full EVM for smart contracts, and builder codes that let developers charge per-order fees. It states plainly that it is non-custodial and does not take custody of user funds, and it names qualified custodians including Anchorage, BitGo, FalconX, Fireblocks and Komainu. Equities and real world assets are mentioned. Memecoins, copy trading, AI agents, a mobile app, a card and any KYC policy are not stated on the site.

Reason one: you want more than perps

A perp venue is a perp venue. The day you want to hold a tokenised stock, rotate into a memecoin or park collateral in something boring, you are bridging out to a second place, with a second wallet and a second set of fees. If that is why you are looking, the thing to compare is how many asset classes sit in one account, not who has the tighter spread on BTC.

Reason two: you want something trading for you

Hyperliquid's site does not mention agents or copy trading, so on a venue like it you are either at the screen or you are running a bot that sends orders in from outside. The alternative worth looking at is a platform where the agent and the exchange are the same product, so it executes in your own account under a budget and risk limits you set rather than relaying signals to somewhere else.

Reason three: you want it on a phone

A mobile app is not stated on hyperliquid.xyz. If most of your trading happens away from a desk, that is a real constraint and worth checking directly with them rather than taking this page's word for it.

Where TRUE sits

TRUE runs its own perp engine with take profit and stop loss set at entry, and puts perps in the same non-custodial account as spot swaps, memecoins on Solana, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain, and tokenised stocks, gold, treasuries and FX. Autopilot trades that account 24 hours a day inside limits you set, Agent Studio lets you build your own agent without code, and copy trading sizes every copied trade to your own budget. Native iOS and Android apps, a full web app, and an MCP connector so ChatGPT and Claude can act on your account with your permission. No KYC. Not available to residents of the United States.

When to stay where you are

If your edge is execution quality on large perp size and you trade by hand, Hyperliquid's order book and its own chain are a serious piece of infrastructure and the honest answer is to stay. Nothing on this page beats a venue built for exactly one thing at that one thing. The argument for an alternative is breadth and automation, not depth.

Frequently asked questions

Is TRUE non-custodial like Hyperliquid?

Yes. You hold your own keys and sign your own transactions, and TRUE does not hold client funds. Sign in with Google, Apple, or by connecting a Phantom or Solflare wallet.

Does TRUE require KYC?

No. There is no KYC to open an account. TRUE is not available to residents or citizens of the United States, or in sanctioned jurisdictions.

Can I trade perps and tokenised stocks in the same account?

Yes. Perps, spot swaps, memecoins across four chains, tokenised stocks, gold, treasuries and FX all sit in one TRUE account, so moving between them needs no bridge and no second app.

What does the agent actually do?

Autopilot trades inside a budget and risk limits you set, around the clock. Pausing it stops new positions without closing the ones already open, so exiting is a separate deliberate step.
