We believe in clear pricing. This page explains what TRUE charges. Before you confirm any swap, the exact TRUE fee for that swap is shown to you as both an amount and a percentage — that displayed fee is the fee that applies to your swap. This page describes how it is set.
The TRUE fee
TRUE charges a platform fee on token swaps. Your rate is set by your own rolling 30-day swap volume, and the same rate applies across trading pairs:

Your tier is recalculated daily from your trailing 30-day volume. Tiers move in both directions — if your 30-day volume falls below a threshold, your tier and your rate return to the corresponding level. There is no grace period. Volume on swaps where no platform fee was actually collected does not count toward your tier.
Stablecoin swaps
Swaps between stablecoins (for example USDC ↔ USDT) are charged 0.50%.
Referral discounts
- If you joined through a referral link, you receive 10% off your fee rate for 30 days from qualifying.
- If you have referred someone who qualifies, you receive 10% off your fee rate.
- Where both apply, the discounts stack multiplicatively (10% and 10% gives 19% off, not 20%), and total discounts are capped at 40% off your tier rate.
For example, a T5 rate of 0.79% with a single 10% discount is 0.711%.
Automated (Autopilot) swaps
Swaps executed by the optional Autopilot feature may carry an additional service fee of up to 0.5%, applied on top of your tier rate. As with every swap, the total fee is shown before execution.
Fees charged by third parties (not by TRUE)
These are set by third parties and shown separately where available — they are not the TRUE fee:
- Network / gas fees (Solana).
- Liquidity-provider / protocol fees from the routing protocol (e.g., Jupiter).
- Bridge fees for cross-chain transfers (deBridge / DLN).
- On-ramp fees when buying with fiat (Banxa charges its own processing fee, typically around 2%).
Points and rewards are separate from fees
Points are earned from swap volume at a published base rate, not from the fee you pay, and are subject to the applicable campaign or season rules. Points have no monetary value and are not a rebate, refund, or discount on fees. Nothing on this page is a promise of any reward.
Changes
We may update this fee schedule from time to time, including tier thresholds, rates, and discounts. Any change applies only going forward — the fee shown to you at the moment you confirm a swap is the fee that applies to that swap.
Fees are earned when charged and are non-refundable, and swaps are final and cannot be reversed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We may change, add, or discontinue fees, features, or the Service at any time.
